Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your online order, items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Merchandise exchanged for change of mind within the above timeframe, can be returned for an exchange or store credit subject to the condition that the merchandise is unworn and unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Items purchased online can be exchanged for a change of mind. Return postage at the buyer’s expense. Please ensure a certificate of posting and tracking number is obtained when depositing your parcel by post. This should be kept in a safe place as it bears a unique reference number, which is used to trace your parcel should it fail to be delivered to us.. We will be unable to make a exchange in the event that your parcel is lost without sighting Your Certificate of Posting.
